2026 Gathering
From January 6-9, over fifty ministers and leaders serving mainline Indigenous congregations gathered together in Phoenix, Arizona. During our time together, we worshiped, invested in relationships, and dreamed together about what we could do together as an ecumenical network. Participants from the Episcopal Church, Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, Presbyterian Church (USA), and the United Methodist Church were represented. This gathering was only the beginning of a larger vision to gather annually for a shared time of encouragement, learning, grant workshops, fellowship and worship.
Cohorts
The Indigenous Theological Circle gathers practitioners and theological educators together in response to learnings and documented interests and needs that arise from the annual ICLG. These cohort gatherings bring practitioners together to dream, develop, and offer programing, workshops, and/or educational curriculum to address concerns and needs named within our network.
